We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. It has to do with the story.
Basically, he's actually a human.
And at about 4, his family couldn't afford him anymore. So some people took him away.
Those people turned out to be scientists who tested animal DNA on children that were no longer needed, abandoned, etc etc.
The DNA they put into Senjo, stunted his growth like heck, so when he's around 10 years old, he still only looks 4.
